If you need to exchange a pair we are happy to offer a one-time replacement, subject to availability, once per customer per order or credit to spend at our store online for the original amount spent excluding postage charges. All postage returns and replacement postage are at the customers expense. We offer this at a standard flat rate of Australia Wide regular postage of $10. Returned goods must be received back to us within 14 days of the original purchase date. Returns must have original tags on them and not be scuffed, marked or worn including marked or soiled soles.
