Return Policy

We pride ourselves on being an environmentally friendly business, therefore we respectfully request that our valued customers please take the time to read the size chart under each product's photos and take a few moments to measure yourself. This will save you the time and expense of making a return.                              

RETURN SHIPPING CHECK POINTS

* Faulty Item =

If received back within 21 days of original purchase date for Australian orders and 35 days for the rest of the world purchases and the item has been Unworn with tags still attached, we pay for the standard shipping Return and original purchase price of item. 

Please send an email first to info@whiteamber.com.au so we can record your Faulty Item Return. Please send back with tracking to assure it has been returned. IMPORTANT please send with a note stating your details so we know who it is from otherwise the refund will be delayed.

The garment will need to be returned wrapped in some protective covering like tissue paper or its original wrapping to protect it please.

 

* SALE Items are Final.. No Exchanges or Refunds sorry. These items are often end of production and have been reduced significantly. Any items posted back will be returned to the sender.

 

 * Change of mind or purchased the wrong garment size, colour etc =

Unfortunately due to low quantities of handmade product we Cannot offer EXCHANGES.

We however Do offer REFUNDS if received back within 21 days of original purchase date for Australian orders and 35 days for the rest of the world orders. Clothing and other products must have original tags still on, be unworn, have no marks including deodorant or perfume and be in original condition.

It is recommended that if wanting a piece in a different style or size that you place a new order so as to not miss out on it being sold out. This will also assure speedy dispatching and your other piece will be refunded as soon as it arrives back & clears the returns check.

* Any Refunds of purchases will be issued back to your original method of payment minus any charges for shipping. The original shipping & return shipping costs are at the customers expense. Please use Measurements as a guide over the Size Number & read descriptions on each item before purchasing.

* IMPORTANT Please wrap the return piece in tissue paper or a clean bag and not put straight in a satchel to avoid damages upon return. If glue from the satchel or piercing to the satchel occurs and damages the garments, we cannot refund you and your piece will be returned to you.

Please put a note in with your NAME and ORDER NUMBER so we know who it is from and to avoid any delay with your refund.

* It is recommended to include tracking on your return so you know it has been received.

 * Please note, we are a very small business and cannot refund any pieces after the 21 days domestic orders or 35 day international orders policy as we cannot hold large quantities of stock. Thank you for your understanding.
