Return Policy

We pride ourselves on being an environmentally friendly business, therefore we respectfully request that our valued customers please take the time to read our size chart and take a few moments to measure yourself. This will save you the time of making a return. This will also minimize fuel, air pollution, electricity consumption and our company’s carbon footprint. 

You can return any item within 14 days of your delivery date.

We do our utmost to check that all garments are faultless and packed carefully before shipping out. If in the very rare circumstance you receive a damaged garment or the garments measurements don’t match the sizing chart please email or call us to discuss and we will pay for the return shipment. Please keep the parcel packet the shipment arrived in if at all possible. This will help with returning a faulty item.

If, however you have simply changed your mind on your style, size or colour choice we unfortunately are unable to pay for the return. We will gladly offer a refund or exchange of the item but it will be your responsibility to pay for the return and make sure it is back to us within 14 days of you receiving it. We suggest that you return the item via your company of choice with a tracking number as we cannot take responsibility for any return items lost in transit.

Any refunds will be issued back to your original method of payment.

Whether it is a general or faulty return, the item must be in its original condition, unwashed and with the original tags still attached. This includes no makeup or deodorant marks. Please ensure to try on the garments with care.
