I pride myself on being an environmentally friendly business, therefore I respectfully request that my valued customers please take the time to read the size charts and take a few moments to measure yourself. This will save you the time and expense of making a return. This will also minimise fuel, air pollution, electricity consumption and my business's carbon footprint.                             

RETURN SHIPPING CHECK POINTS

* Faulty Item =

If received back within 21 days of original purchase date and the item has been Unworn with tags still attached, I pay for the standard shipping Return and original purchase price of item. PLEASE send me an email first so I can record your Faulty Item Return. Please send back with tracking to assure it has been returned.

 

* Change of mind or purchased the wrong garment size, colour etc =

Unfortunately due to low quantities of handmade product I Cannot offer EXCHANGES.

I however Do offer REFUNDS if received back within 21 days of original purchase date. Clothing and other products must have original tags still on, be unworn, have no marks including deodorant or perfume and be in original condition. PLEASE send me an email first so I can track your refund request and return.

It is recommended that if wanting a piece in a different style or size that you place a new order so as to not miss out on it being sold out. This will also assure speedy dispatching and your other piece will be refunded as soon as it arrives back & clears the returns check.

* Any Refunds of purchases will be issued back to your original method of payment minus any charges for shipping. The return shipping of an item is at the customers expense so please use Measurements over the Size Number & read descriptions on each item before purchasing.

* IMPORTANT Please wrap the return piece in tissue paper or a clean bag and not put straight in a satchel to avoid damages upon return. If glue from the satchel or piercing to the satchel occurs and damages the garments, I cannot refund you and your piece will be returned to you.

Please put a note in with your NAME and ORDER NUMBER so I know who it is from and to avoid any delay with your refund.

* It is recommended to include tracking on your return so you know it has been received.

Please note, I am a very small business and cannot refund any pieces after the 21 days policy as I cannot hold large quantities of stock. Thank you for your understanding.
