Return Policy

I pride myself on being an environmentally friendly business, therefore I respectfully request that my valued customers please take the time to read the size charts and take a few moments to measure yourself. This will save you the time of making a return. This will also minimize fuel, air pollution, electricity consumption and my business's carbon footprint. 

                                                    

RETURN SHIPPING CHECK POINTS

* Faulty Item =

If received back within 14 business days of original purchase date I pay for the standard shipping return. PLEASE send me an email first to let me know and you can request either a refund or exchange.

* Change of mind or purchased the wrong garment size, colour etc =

You pay for the return shipping with tracking and if received back within 14 business days of original purchase date you may have a refund if tags still on, no marks including deodorant, in original condition OR if wanting to exchange please send back with a prepaid and self addressed return satchel. PLEASE send me an email first.

Please note, I am a very small business and cannot refund or exchange any pieces after the 14 business days policy as I cannot hold large numbers of handmade stock and do not have multiple areas of selling. Thanks for your understanding.

* Any refunds of purchases will be issued back to your original method of payment minus any charges for shipping.

* No refund on SALE items but welcome to a credit or swap. Please email me first.
