This sweet little number is the perfect dress for warm summer days. A great light weight party dress to dance the night away in also. Featuring a soft shirred elastic waist and full double lined circle skirt with a cute rolled hem. The shoulder ties can be worn over each shoulder or tied around the neck to complete a halter look. Stocks are limited and available online in True Red or French Navy. Sizes come in Small, Medium, Large and XL.

Our gorgeous model Selena shows off the femininity of the Penelope Dress and the versatility of wearing it both shoulder strap tied or halter necked. No need for worrying about any sheerness to the dress as we have double lined the bamboo garment in the same bamboo fabric so nothing is see through. The use of our bamboo material for both the outer and the lining ensures breathability and coolness for your body.
